Problem
Multitaska provides document archive, scanning and shredding services. Recently the company has scanned and archived documents for South Kirkby and Moorthorpe Town Council. The Town Clerk requested our services to help him free up valuable space, which can now be used for something more productive than storing paperwork, which is only accessed periodically.
Solution
Files were scanned onto discs, which are stored on council premises. In return, the paper files are stored at Multitaska where the council on request can access them.
Result
The Town Council is now free of paperwork taking up valuable office and storage space.
